Description
Some sunrises are vivid dramatic events. Others are understated, but no less beautiful for that. This is one of the soft pink variety. The colours might have been drawn by a pastel pencil. If it was a painting, it might be called impressionistic.
Just two people were fortunate enough to witness this delicate spectacle - the photographer and the man who looks like he's walking into an enormous natural dreamscape.
This is the kind of morning that makes the effort of getting out of bed in the pre-dawn darkness all the more worthwhile.
