A chilly November evening on a narrow mountain road somewhere on the Inishowen Penunsula in County Donegal.
This scenario appears fleetingly between the bushes as we drive back from Malin Head.
Hit the brakes, jump out, find a gap, try to ignore the wet squishy roadside grass. Be aware that the light is fading fast. Just enough left to safely handhold the camera.
It's moments like this that make Donegal magical.
